That has nothing to do with the magnetic north pole. HAARP plays around with the ionosphere, and makes it effects there. It doesn't matter where the magnetic poles are. Heck, there is even a facility in Puerto Rico.

I did not humiliate you, I pointed out to you that HAARP (and other facilities like HAARP) change the magnetic field around the earth by manipulating the ionosphere, and that this process is independent of the facility's location relative to the magnetic poles. There are places in the US that are a lot closer to magnetic north than Alaska! A HAARP-like facility in the middle of Ecuador can do the same damage to the magnetic field around the earth.
