Man Takes Photo of Bright Aerial Object Seen Moving Southeast
Date of Sighting: April 18, 2010
Time of Sighting: 1:33 PM PDT
Location of Sighting: San Bernardino, California (See Map)
Description: The witness saw a bright object moving southeast towards San Diego. He grabbed his cell phone and snapped two photos. The second photo is shown above. He reported the sighting to the media and was told no other reports had been received. The media told him that he saw a meteor, but none were reported in the area? No sound was heard.
Note: It is difficult to discern what this object is. It is obviously very bright and I first thought that it was the sun. The witness said that the object moved slowly and he lost sight of it as it moved over the horizon.
