Michael Jones arrested in Sanford

SANFORD, Fla. -

A Sanford man was arrested on allegations of beating his live-in girlfriend with her own dog.

Michael Wayne Jones, 42, was arrested Thursday on charges of domestic battery by strangulation, criminal mischief and animal cruelty.

According to Sanford police, Jones got into a fight with his girlfriend and she attempted to drive away.

Jones, however, grabbed her dog and started swinging the animal in the air, said police, who added that Jones then beat his girlfriend with the dog.

I am trying to think of 'perspective' here... I mean what they do with dogs is probably similar to what millions do with fish right? But I just can't get my mind to cross that bridge and can only classify this behaviour as barbaric and cruel.. someone help me see the perspective here please...

well for 1 fish are wild and not mammals.. even ancient gods say eat fish they have no feelings. dogs feel.

for number 2 do you hang and beat your fish for hours till it dies ? this isn't killing for food, this is torcher, and ONLY HUMANS torcher for pleasure.big difference then killing fast to eat/live.

long ago MAN took the wolf in and learned how to breed different dogs for different jobs by looking for certain traits in them,, samoyed tribe could not live without there dogs, they hunt for them they are used as sled dogs and many other things. these are not wild animals these are animals that we created and there dependent on us to some extent.

as man learned everything he knew from animals, how to hunt, fishing
