Was not the Swastika the symbol Indians, Catholics and a Canoe Club displayed on the Pawtuxet River, Rhode Island, long before the Nazis?

Was that before what I said?!!?!?

The term swastika is first attested in English in 1871, and first refers to the Nazi emblem in 1932

The crooked cross is a historical sacred symbol in all Indian religions. It is used in Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism. It rose to importance in Buddhism during the Mauryan Empire and in Hinduism with the decline of Buddhism in India during the Gupta Empire. It followed the silk road with Buddhism to reach Tibet and China. The symbol was also introduced to Bali with Hinduism by Hindu kings. The use of the swastika by the Bon faith of Tibet, as well as later religions like Cao Dai of Vietnam and Falun Gong of China, can also be traced to Buddhist influence.

In Buddhism, it is said that Gautama Buddha (the historical Buddha) was inscribed with this symbol on the chest by his disciples upon his death. We often see statues of him with this symbol on the chest or on the sole of the feet. It represent infinity in tibet and China.

Many Buddhist texts start with this symbol, thus it has started being used in Japan as a symbol representing temples, especially on maps as the torii gate represents Shinto shrines.

The swastika's use by the Navajo and other tribes made it a popular symbol for the Southwestern United States. Until the 1930s, blankets, metalwork, and other Southwestern souvenirs were often made with swastikas.

Shortly after the beginning of World War II, several Native American tribes (the Navajo, Apache, Tohono O'odham, and Hopi) published a decree stating that they would no longer use the swastika in their artwork. This was because the swastika had come to symbolize evil to the tourists who purchased their crafts. This decree was signed by representatives of these tribes. The decree states:

Because the above ornament which has been a symbol of friendship among our forefathers for many centuries has been desecrated recently by another nation of peoples.
Therefore it is resolved that henceforth from this date on and forever more our tribes renounce the use of the emblem commonly known today as the swastika or fylfot on our blankets, baskets, art objects, sandpainting, and clothing.

In 1920, Adolf Hitler decided that the Nazi Party needed its own insignia and flag. For Hitler, the new flag had to be "a symbol of our own struggle" as well as "highly effective as a poster." (Mein Kampf, pg. 495)

On August 7, 1920, at the Salzburg Congress, this flag became the official emblem of the Nazi Party.

In Mein Kampf, Hitler described the Nazis' new flag: "In red we see the social idea of the movement, in white the nationalistic idea, in the swastika the mission of the struggle for the victory of the Aryan man, and, by the same token, the victory of the idea of creative work, which as such always has been and always will be anti-Semitic." (pg. 496-497)

Because of the Nazis' flag, the swastika soon became a symbol of hate, antisemitism, violence, death, and murder.

That so-called American flag IS a variation of the east India trading company, a subsidiary of England. How do you all like filling out that 1040 form? England LOVES you for it!

What I said was that the Nazis and other armies like to adopt symbolism relating to their ancestry, but this was the first time the swastica was used as a symbol of a national political party.........I think they were expecting a different outcome when all this was originally envisioned, like probably the United Nations. Remember they had the occultists with them, the buddhist monks too, and they are ususally right on the money with certain predictions, and with the many nations united, the US was probably seeing all the movements of the Bahai-led philosophies in Israel changing the world under HIM H. Selassie, as opposed to the Zionists, and as being a greater influence around the world than Democracy, hence the true religious movement to the Holy Land being used as a tool for population control, and that the ability to squash the true movement of National Unity was by labeling this form of unity, a banned subject of study, as was the secret Zionist movement created in Germany in bed with Hitler, and also the need to make a statement about the dominance of american military might, all the cards line up to me saying The Great Prescott Bush, The Great Henry Ford, The Great John D. Rockefeller, The Great Winston Churchill, and The Great Joeseph Stalin, all get to reap the rewards, as we are left with stories......and fears of "Another Hitler"...The US knew this was a powerful and Global movement....so they pulled a fast one to "save the day".....or to clean up on thier investments, and cover their tracks.

They tried to steal the power of the Natives before, and then to steal the show out of the hands of the Kings, and to take over the UN?? Look where we are today, arguing over the same symbol that was uniting the world???

...............not one of them in power today, is the chosen born to lead by any divine synchronicity, nor any noble lineage.........they are merely seeming "popular" to a bored economy, and they have a mass that assumes the previous position of control over the economy, and the businesses that come to their assistance, did so with other intentions, which had no national value or return to the economy...these capitalistic ideologies return the money invested into businesses, back to businesses and their escelon, leaving zero hope for a better life.......by fabricating national standards, and altering them to fit with their interests, every step of the way....since around the foundation of the Zionist Movement in the US and Germany.....how co-incidental....the quiet mouse is really a roaring lion disguised as a shephard.

Well we will truly see who is the Conquering Lion of Zion that day......may the Day of Attonement and the Day of Recompense be hastened upon.

James William Simpson

Aryan/Indo-European people originated in lands a little further south than that of Europe.....no wonder they chose their flag from their "Indian" origins

He's trying to settle his "man's" place inside this messy world yet, aye?

Youngsters! :alien51:

Like Mrmcnuggets stated, it's not a symbol that defines what is beyond the horizon, the backgrounds where mere eyes can't meet! But the ACTIONS/ATTITUDES...Or, as this saying goes: "One action worths thousands of words"!

I mean, we (the U.S) adopted the Eagle as our symbol for our country, so why is no one bitching about that?

because the Eagle has been a symbol of power since Native American times, across the planet. And probably before then too.
