Systems such as workstation keyboards, cell phones, tablet PCs and laptops that are embedded with fingerprint readers can be utilized to determine the donor's identification, he added.

This system is able to automate the donors’ checking process and safeguards the identity of the donor to create sensitive identification forms like social security numbers and driver licenses.

By the mere touch of the finger of the donor, the software is able to search the data base of OBI for decreasing the check-in time, almost removing human errors, and provide * a positive ID * when the check-in process is on.
