Im surprised it was not covert on DTV, ze interwebz was going gaga coz of that image
Last week or so, NAzA relaest a panoramic view taken from the Opportunity rover, calling it the “next best thing to being” on the Red Planet.
But look at the sky. See that slight red tinge in the sky? That's red hazing installed by NAzA. What does it do? It serves like fog to hide the rich details and vibrant colors that are really there.
Here is the version NASA released to you:

The effect of the red-haze is that it wipes out detail and vibrancy. Here is the same photo without the red-haze.

Mars is NOT so red as NAzA is trying to sell it to ze sheeple.

Have just found something, but nothing great but kind of funny to watch!
