as thata be section 23 when in the UK we under EU LAW well in Scotland we are so it is under section 60.

Catch 22

Section 60 gives the officer more authority, not less.

Just being in an area covered by a section 60 authorisation is enough for officers to conduct a stop and search.

But, under even the more stringent requirements of non-section 60 related stops, the officer was still not violating anyone's rights. That is the law. Change it if don't like it, but to claim it doesn't exist is foolish.

Why must a cop waste his labour hours demanding and finning some random teenage pot smokers, specially a blind kiddo? Why do you have to push the law into other people's faces to the extreme? Just because you can?

The law is not a freaking bar made of steel. It should be flexible. People made it and it's applied by peeps to fellow peeps. Why do these people behave like robots? They are flesh and bone and blood, not cherry fken coke.
The time of being brave will always find us unaware. If we doubt, the only question remaining will be: why wasn't I brave?

FAILCAKES here in the UK NO OFFICER IS ALLOWED TO PRESUME AND ACT ON ANYTHING WITHOUT HARD EVIDENCE.

A peaceful movement against corruption is going on whether you like it or not.
