Astral projection is no easy task I tried 7 months and 1 week til I got my first one I'm 25 years old it happened for me two nights ago using hemisync binaural beat recordings produced by astral projection master Robert Monroe. I assure you it does exist and does work. You can cheat with lsd or ayahuasca if you really wish to enter those planes but experiment at your own risk. Both entheogens I named are not for the faint of heart.

Dude I went to that site and tried some of the techniques for a couple of hours... and let me tell you "Visualizing" actually works, I was able to project the face of a man! ITS KINDA FUCKED UP! And while I am not saying that this projection was astral... there is more to the techniques that that site teaches than simply mumbo-jumbo......

Oh and also I clicked on the link on the site where you sign up for Aliens to take you away....

Yea, you really have to get rid of all your fears in order to have a good projection cause your fear will attract alot of negative things to you. But nothing can really harm you.
