While I agree that it's possible that a compound could be crammed into a fuel tank, and then evacuated by way of the release valve, I just don't see it happening in regular, commercial planes.
In a world where aircraft are pushed to different routes, and fuel requirements change from a day to day basis, it would be dangerous to keep a nonfuel substance in a tank that could be soon used for fuel. There's a risk of fuel picking up some residue and then spitting that through the engine, which could be catastrophic, depending on the compound.

Now, on a military-operated plane? Different story. More leeway there, but yet again, being constantly limited to partial fuel capacity would impact the range of possible chemtrails/seeding.

Well I'm not disputing the fact that they are real, I'm disputing pindzs notion that every time I look in the sky and see some plane overhead it is a harbinger of death and destruction and its contrails are actually some toxic material.
Acording to him, 99% of all passenger plane contrails are actually chemtrails. Tin-foil hat people would agree, but I don't wear hats. Not my style.

Supposedly the REAL chemtrails contain aluminum oxide with some other metals and are military sponsored. BUT for totally different reason that you may think.

It has to do with radar and scalar technology.
