The fact that it almost appears to have a tail facing down, and a ridge in the middle, it could be a crude drawing of a lizard. Possibly an iguana maybe?

When you look at it as the bottom of the stick is the Butt of the rifle.
you can see a double handed rifle from that picture
But when I look at it from the top down it looks like
a penis enlarger :headscratch:

Mayans were known to have contact with extraterrestials and that carving could well be depicting one of their weapons. There is a movie coming out soon that gives proof of Alien contact with Mayans and also supposedly reveals knowledge on 2012.
