What also works, is to not come directly to the forums. Go to the home page while being permanently logged in, then go to the forums. The pop-ups don't happen if you are logged in.

Download Avast Antivirus and use their website blocker or some other popup blocker. Works like a charm. Have to make sure to catch the address of the link though when you scroll your mouse over it, or when the ads are loading when you first come to the page and you see the links cycling. Catch their names/addresses. Those fucking things are annoying.
