hi, i was looking fo the meditation thru the web but a cant find it, can someone help me?
and if you can maybe can pass me a link in spanish?
i really interested in this meditation since 3 years by now... i realy want to learn it

my only advice is to first find a teacher that you trust and feel can take you where you want to go.

without a guide and a sincere desire from you to bond with him it's very hard to reach spirituality

i had a teacher and he guided me but now i can afored one, so im teaching things by my self, i started this medatation with him like 3 years ago but he didnt pass me papers or something... i reached the first 7 breathings but now i dont remember them and i want to continue... now im doing the ashayana´s meditation they are very good btw

wow great... i did hear great things about this in the past

anyway your search, even right now, is part of the path so don't think its a waste of time. keep going and you will succeed.
