I can't speak for emerald, but for the most part, I do agree with this. However, I also realize that we are not all the same and that there is a huge range within most fall. For the most part, most of the above is true although not absolute. There is no absolute power, no absolute love; men should not 100% absolutely all the time never show their weaknesses and women should not 100% absolutely all the time give up all their power to a man.

To answer your 1 question: I'm not entirely sure what I think just yet.
That's why I wanted to hear other peoples opinion here, I'm still formulating mine.
