In Laymen Terms:
If you read all of that brain dump above and are still scratching your head trying to figure it out... here is an analogy:
You are in your teens. Your parents went on vacation and thought your were "old enough to look out for yourself". You and your infinite wisdom decide to call your friends and have a party all week long. You lose track of time and your parents call to let you know they are coming home "early". You look around at your friends passed out, the beer cans laying around, torn sofa, hole in the wall, kitchen that has cheese on the ceiling...you get the point. Now, do you freak out and wake up your closest friends to *make* them help you clean the house up or do you just go grab a beer and turn on the Saturday morning cartoons?
You freak out, wake your closest friends, and start trying to clean up as much as you possibly can...because when Mama and Papa come home...if they saw the house the way it was at that point in time...they...would...be....***PISSSED***
The Aliens obviously are your parents and we are the teenagers...who have had one hell of a party since mom and dad left town...
From this, our nature was to get everything back into "Order" by a single governing body "You" in order to "clean up the mess" that we all have made.
So...that is pretty much my simplest explanation of why Michio Kaku would say what he said...it is just how we would react to it if we also knew that we had screwed up the simplest instructions:
- You can have friends over, but not too many (over-population ?)
- On the fridge, we left you a list of chores we need you to do before we come back (commandments, religion, etc)
- No parties: No Fighting or Ruff Housing: Take care of Grandma: Be nice to the neighbors: Take out the trash: All can be translated to things we, as a whole, are not quite doing a good job...as in...we are the battered war torn house party aftermath.
If we had screwed this up when we were teenagers...and in a bad way... oh you betcha you would have people helping you clean up the mess...because they made it too. In order to do this you would need to get pretty pissed off...they are kids...
Heck, I remember several parties I went to when I was young that ended up having to have someone call the cops on themselves in order to get it back into "control".
So... that is the "Analogy" which would best describe the most likely biasing decision points that Kaku would have more than likely taken into consideration when coming to his conclusion...
In the general "area" and "line" of thinking...

The ancient enigma is just that, an enigma. There are plenty of events science will not ver be able to account for. For example in the early 1800 the SUN turned green for several days .. lol. Rains of dark substance, organic like substance, rocks and you name it,have been chronicled for several centuries. The pyramids, the Giants of the Easter Island, the Nasca lines, strange manuscripts, and I could go on forever.
However there's no evidence of any extraterrestrial. All those events and enigmas can't be explained as the product of extraterrestrials more than they can be adjudicated to miracles.
Reminds me of the well spread theory about the big bang. Scientists say there's no need of God because everything came from nothing. If I understand well the theist position is the same. Everything came from nothing. God made everything. So what's the hullabaloo?
So less talk and more proof, is what everybody wants.

He's a little evil bastard.Anti-human in favour of machines, folks !
Anyone with proper functioning braincell activity posts proof as opposed to spouting politically biased opinions of the messenger.
The beauty in your reply is how it proves the volatility of the human emotion and belief system and the anger and hatred that spawns from it. Casting aside political preferences and looking beyond each others' past in the name of finding truth for each other and for our own good will be the the first steps taken before we evolve into a more unified race.
While you might not agree with Michio's past political associations and perhaps some of his views, I invite you to step up to the challenge of intellectually debating your points as to why he is wrong in his conclusion as opposed to focusing on his political and unrelated personal ideologies.
Either one can find truth, whether derived by similar or dissimilar beliefs and/or theories, in his conclusion or one can make a case, specific to the topic being questioned, against with supporting factual evidence (empirical data).
Pointing out a personal interpretation of a public figure based on quotes, tv segments, and public speeches without personally knowing the individual is not a very strong lead on debating whether his conclusion on global governance derived from reaction to alien invasion is right or not. As well, you are now dragging personal interpretation into the mix, which seeing as no one knows who you are and what your belief system really is...because we don't have speeches from you or video from you or in-depth articles about you...diminishes readers' possibility to even listen to you...because you expect them to trust your *personal* opinion about someone without posting proof, evidence, or any facts to back up your statement?
It doesn't do anything but create fighting...name calling...and frankly...spawns hatred.
Is your statement a wise one? Did you think about how it energetically would impact people? Put them in a better or worse mood? Do you want things to get better or not? If we all keep pushing our *personal* belief systems upon one another...then we are doomed...
If we just work together to figure things out... then there isn't anything we can't accomplish.
Perhaps you could go further into your statement with some kind of supporting evidence behind your statements and how it contributes to Kaku's conclusion?
That might help...

Ok... perfect... I just presented 3 major evidence pieces:
1.) A Black Stone embedded into a futuristic looking silver-alloy device attached to an astrally aligned box that is the primary focus/center of the Muslim world. When they pray, they pray in its direction.
2.) 2,000(+) Year old structures carved out of solid mountain *rock*, and carved in a way that we today would have a very difficult time doing.
3.) A slab of rock that the Muslims built a temple around, has a perfect cylindrical tube carved out at the very location Mohammed rose to the heavens.
What... is this? Where is your disproof? Explain these 3 things...first....I made my point...gave evidence... you talk...but now you need to put your money where you mouth is...
Explain 2 out of the three things above...as in...how it was done...what technology was used...why the "Black Rock"? What is it? Why is it related to the Muslim religion? How does that information "disprove" some form of extraterrestrial visitation?
God however you view him/her/it...is considered "extraterrestrial" by the very definition of the word itself.
So please...do enlighten us?

Well Again try to read again and understand what I say, the fact that we are in diapers trying to explain our world, does not mean its valid to explain everything away
By attributing strange things to miracles
or to Angels
Or to Demons
Or to Aliens.
My main line of research is the Moon. Our moon. I do believe is crammed with constructions, not like anything we see here on earth. Rather ominous and scary kind of architectures. However I can't attribute this to demons as did the greek, more than you can say the ancient enigmas are the proof of aliens and not of angels or God.

@Chronic, no mate. I don't have the time to state what you feel is appropriate.
Kaku is a shill, that's the best i can do for anyone. If you seek proof, then, lol, really in that respect if you are asking that question to begin with then you are, how do i put it... 'a little lost'.
All the evidence we need is right in front of our eyes. I really don't have time to engage in mindless debating here. Accept my opinion or do not, simple. No grand speeches of philosophical insight required, not on this matter anyway.
