Its a dodgy subject this really, this is what I found: (was looking for the actual percentage)

"Does the amount you use exceed a reasonable expectation? If it approaches 50 percent of the entire work, it is not likely to be considered a fair use of the copyrighted work."

Whole articles are technically infringing fair use and you wouldn't really be able to argue your case in court, however anything below 50% of the article from any source providing you link to the source and as long as its for discussion and you don't make money from it. They will be unable to prosecute when you slam Fair use in their face, BUYA!

That is the legality of this issue dude...

1 sentence and then a link to the source does suck, if your gonna bring it here bring more than that lol

Its not technically spam though really, only if the dude advertises the same site over and over due to some personal affiliation with said site, blaborbe uses different sites and does imho bring them here because he thinks they're worth seeing, I agree some are and thank him for that :flop:

Cool man, even just a video is fine, its just a little annoying, what makes it not annoying is a brief description on what its about/your opinion on said video. :cheers:

I see what you mean, brother, but then this should be applied to a lot of other things....
Blaborde, I have made a mistake judging your intentions and I apologize.
IM still not 100% convinced, because a reputable website would love to have it's articles spread on the web, as long as it was mentioned as source.
Websites that only give you snippets and links are looking for clicks....
