The guy is a fraud who basically sprinkles in some legit cases of UFOs with some off the cuff mumbo jumbo claims. This is the same guy who claimed that the moon was populated with 30 foot giants and 2 inch people. YEAH RIGHT, JOSE! Please do not get me started on his B/S Roswell Rods which the History Channel basically proved were bugs and birds.
