Ah, yes I see now Phaeton. The greater hate crime was me coming up with a headline like this to post this information, when all the background I have is the very real escalation of mob black on white hate crimes.

These 2 youths may have been church acolytes for all we know. The charred 13 year old should have used his two legs and gotten out of there once he felt threatened.
