Yes, these guys seem to be a little drunk, using f-words and many colourfull expressions.
They are also quite impressed with what they see.
One of them is indicating to the other one (with the camera) the places where the new objects appear. He also said "there's at least 50 of them".

Was it really filmed recently?

With better quality and all the comments (about 1000) I clearly understand it was a real footage...
and I've personnaly seen "things" more spectacular than this one.
It's too easy to say it's a hoax.
