This is the actual forum of the Landover Baptist Church.

The topic is " Vegetarians Exposed: Anti-Jesus, Anti-American, Bestiality Crazed "

Then, for 11 pages, the crazed posters go on to say such lovely things as:

... I can't even pick out a few highlights, it's all so absurd. Really.. go look at the forum.

Take special care to notice the fourth poster's enlightened signature. HAH!

The entire site is worth a look. It's all obnoxious.

The opening post (and several subsequent posts) are obviously a joke, though a well thought out and finely crafted joke.

It was highly entertaining anyway.

Unfortunately, I was first informed of the existence of "spaceshipjesus.com" only to later find it is no longer available for viewing.

It is my hope that the OP there was having a good laugh just too see the responses they would get. Here is one such sane response:

"What worries me most about Vegetarians is they are simply pawns and soldiers for a larger ROBO-ANIMAL AGENDA to take over the Human race. Animals do not want to be eaten by humans so they form telepathic radio stations and unwary, beguiled humans end up listening to these messages and start thinking: "Hmm, maybe I shouldn't eat that burger. MEAT IS MURDER!"

Well, I do love vegetables, hate religious hypocrites, and hate nationalistic assholes. My girlfriend is a vegetarian and we have wonderful life worshiping our wonderful lord Satan....He provides us with so many christians to violate with vegetables. The lord givith and we take them away....talk about harmony. Wait for "episode two" when I discuss our pets and our national identity. Vegetarianism rules. :badair:

Edit: I feel kind of bad for the poor drunk guy in my avatar, he just posed for a chriatmas morning pic with his new shot gun, and has to be forever associated with my rantings.

I'm not a vegetarian, my girlfriend is. I really don't feel one way or the other about it, but if people are trying to demonize them.....I'm sure I could find a whole lot of videos(nobody really wants to see them here) about the evils of the meat industry. Steak rules.

Right, I'm with you but I still think that whoever wrote many of the posts on that site knows what they're doing (and isn't being straightforward). The OP of the thread you linked to in particular...I mean, I know there are some really extreme personalities and beliefs out there, but that was written in parody of them, not by someone who thinks that way themself.

Still, I did enjoy it.
