My Experiment and Experience With Time Travelling Using Focused Lucid Dreaming

I have been reluctant for a while now of whether or not to write about this for the fear of being laughed at but after experimenting with this I have come to the conclusion that it would be foolish of me not to speak of this. I think I have figured it out and it is really quite easy to do. Hear me out.

We all have the ability to time-travel and go travel anywhere we want to in this Universe, but not with our physical bodies, only our energy as a whole at the quantum level (our soul; or consciousness). The vibrational range that physical matter exists to us in our dimension is too low to allow for instant travel, hense our physical bodies can not do this. But, we know that our consciousness can seperate itself from our physical bodies because of things like remote viewing, near death experiences and most importantly; when we dream. When the soul leaves the body and piece of it always has to stay behind to keep the physical body alive, except when a person actually dies. Remote viewers are able to remote view because they can send a piece of their awareness (the soul) to the location they want to view and that piece or fraction of the remote-viewer's soul in turn communicates back to the physical body in the form of the viewer seeing the location.

Now here's the key. When we dream the same thing happens. A portion of our soul remains with the physical body that is sleeping and using only a small amount of energy to keep the body alive; the rest of the person's soul and consciousness connects to one of an infinite amount of dimensions that we also live in (the dream itself) and so the person has a dream. For a small period of time the consciousness of the individual from this dimension gets to experience the consciousness of themselves in a different dimension that they normally have no control over and so they have to go with the flow of the dream.

HERE'S WHAT TO DO. I've been teaching myself a technique so that I can lucid dream more often and therefore HAVE CONTROL of my dreams. The technique involves this. Everyday, about 3 or 4 times when I open a door I think to myself the words 'I'm awake, I'm awake'. Now when I go to sleep at night, if there is a door in the dream and I open it the words 'I'm awake, I'm awake' pop into my awareness and am able to begin lucid dreaming. From here it's simply a matter of where or when you want to go. It would take me forever to write about some of the places I have been able to go just by wanting to go there in my dream. The thing is that you can only go to places that another piece of you soul (as a whole) is existing in, in that I mean you cannot say to yourself 'right I want to fly about the sky' and then you do that. If another you in another dimension is flying about in the sky then you will connect with that piece of soul. Imagine the soul as a bunch of grapes; each grape is a different expereince but they are all part of the same bunch and the bunch in connect to the vine that feeds the grapes into existence (The Creator that all our souls are connected to and are a piece of; each soul like a droplet of water seperated from the ocean of consciousness).

Try my experiment let me know if you can do it too.

an interesting method. i've successfully managed to lucid dream just twice. both times i tried to fly. upon getting airborne i lost control and woke up. dreams are fascinating. maybe we all visit the same 'dreamland' in our sleep, like jung's collective unconscious.

WOW Conor thats most intresting and a good theory.

I will try this to because i think i had my 1st small timetravel to.

Just 2 weeks ago i had a dream about meeting with an old highscool friend.
I did not see him for 12 jears and we had the biggest fun on scool.
A few days later i just walk in to him on the streets, my emotions were verry strong and i was happy to talk to him.
And just like the dream he was wearing a addias jogging suit, the details were so simulair it made me think allot.

Maybe i can try it again with your theory, i will surtely try mate.

I've had numerous lucid dreams, and have been able to fly and breath underwater. The reason I tell this is because I don't want anyone to have a preconceived notion that you can't fly, you are as free as your mind will allow you to be.

I have read of techniques like you mentioned, but have not been disciplined enough to try them. Every time I've had a lucid dream it was spontaneous.

It does make perfect sense though, that if we can train our mind to "cue up" on a mundane circumstance, it would happen whether we're awake or asleep.

I think what we are getting at here is actually a form of
astral projection
, which is very real. We are all capable of this if we intend to master the practice. We can visit any place on Earth, and a plane ticket is not required!

Our awareness reacts with matter. This has been proved with the famous 'Double split experiment' in quantum physics. Electrons are aware when someone is watching them and so the awareness of the individual allows for one version of the electron to be seen but once the camera is turned off the electron chooses (to experience) every possibility (ie every dimension). Therefore every electron in this dimension is all simultaneouly experiencing one version of the electon's path. So when someone remote views something, the electrons in the place of where the remote viewer is looking actually become aware of the remote viewer and so they become aware and 'turn in' a piece of the person's consciousness. Masaru Emoto's water research also proves this to be true because the water is aware of how the person's consciousness is acting and thinking.
THE BOTTOM LINE............ is the Universal Law of Attraction (like attracts like) making it possible for energy (consciousness) to connect to other energy. This is how to time-travel. In your lucid dream imagine you are at a door that has the name of the location or time-period you want to go to and this allows for the energy to connect.

When I open a door in the dream (for whatever reason) and I wake-up (or become aware is a better way of explaining it) what I have started to do is I imagine a door that says 'My spirit guide's house' and when I open the door I am there instantly. I simply ask her questions about things that I want to know about and she explains them to me in great but simple clarity. It's amazing. I mostly ask about what happens during our lives in the spirit world; our life between the many physical lives we all live. She told me that the meaning of life is to learn by experience. Applying that knowledge gives us wisom, and wisom expands our awareness. At this point we become more aware of who we are and what we are here to learn in this particular lifetime.
She told me that once a soul has learned (by experiencing in the physical) everything that it needed to it can then cease incarnating in a physical body and become a guide to souls that are still living physical lives in order to learn what each of them also need to. Apparently souls have differnt personalities just like here on earth and each of them have different things they must overcome and learn by. People who apparantly die a traumatic death are instantly met by their guide as soon as their consciousness leaves that particular body for the last time in order to reassure them and remind them that they have done this many times before.
Something else she told me that I had never even considered before was that just like dreaming when our consciousness is able to divide itself, that too happens when we incarnate. A large percentage of the soul remains in the spirit world and the rest goes into the host body in that lifetime. This means that when we die (after we reunite with our guide) we reunite with our dead loved ones but also the ones who have not dies yet on earth. If you die and are worried about your kids, what actually happens is that your kids are already wating for you there only much more of them (the remaining larger percentage of their soul). This is just the beginning of what apparently happens when we die but I would take me forever to write the things she's explained to me.

Conor; you expound a fascinating and credible theory, not unlike something that I wrote about once concerning time and multiple realities. In particular this passage:
Electrons are aware when someone is watching them and so the awareness of the individual allows for one version of the electron to be seen but once the camera is turned off the electron chooses (to experience) every possibility (ie every dimension).

Reminds me of this:
There is the theory that every possibility is being played out in an infinite number of alternate realities...that every time we make a decision to turn left instead of right another alternate reality and timeline is created where we turn right instead of left! But what if these alternate realities and timelines already exist? All running parallel to each other? Might we, buy making a conscious decision, shunt our consciousness into our alternate selves living in that alternate reality following that alternate timeline?

Yes this is very true and real. It is a form of astral projection, to achieve this is to meditate. That is why people meditate, and yes we are all connected on that dimension of life (the 5th dimension). We can speak to other people who "learned to control there dream". Even if your in different countries or rooms. Me and my brother meditate and we have spoken to each other in our dream on more than one occasion and have confirmed it in real life. In order to achieve this is exactly what you said basically, question during the day "am I dreaming?" Than youll get accostumed to asking that to yourself and it will happen while you sleep. It is all about our awareness.

I agree, Lucid dreams/astral projection is incredible, i have had lots of experiences like those described in this post, often seeing things and finding they happen just like in my dreams the next day.

When i was really into it i made sure that i took somebody aside who might witness the event i had seen and told them what i had dreamed, then had them actually confirm i was right!

The only thing i have found is that it has gotten harder to have Lucid dreams as i have gotten older. When i was younger i could very easily reach the required state of relaxation and quickly empty my head of 'background chatter' then i was off, no limits to what could be achieved. Some of the most amazing experiences of my life during those times.

I did have a few bizarre and quite scary things happen the last few times (i think i might devote a whole new post to the details) i actually did this successfully. :scary:

Thinking about it i kind of forced myself not to have lucids dreams after that and now i just cant do it anymore.

There, glad i got that off my chest, not very often i talk about those experiences....!
