out of 52 pags i see nothing that resembles the indentations at the top imprinted in the tarp....nor the structure of bottom..look for yourself....looks constucted for arial use....but...mere speculation...wouldn't hold up in court...then again

what you are seeing ont he truck is on the top portion of the illustration.

Since you cannot simply tie down a round object,
the item you are seeing at the top is likely a pin/cap device
which allows a post fromt he truck bed to go up through the turbine with a cap on top that
allows it to be tied to the truck bedding..
