There is one thing I don't get with this whole depopulation theory is the fact that the elites I.E. the big supranational corporations need consumers to consume and workers to produce the consumables.
Killing off a significant proportion of the population is hardly going to increase profits.

Money isn't the goal, it's power. Less people to control. It's never been about the money, they have all the money they need or would ever want. 500 million could sustain a modern day country very easily, especially if you consider that at that point in time assuming a New World Order emerges, how different the world would be compared to how it is now.

A smaller more streamlined population under oppression is going to be harder to control in the long rung compared to a large refractory population that is divided and lost in a mountain of debt and stress.
