here is latest NASA ENDEAVOUR SPACE SHUTTLE video .. as you can see they changed resolution of Shuttle Camera to 640x480 webcamera style, hilarious.

Well for one thing the footage is on youtube, and secondly the original raw data is probably is most likely not in that format most people have to compress data in order to upload it on youtube so i'm not surprised a video like that is on youtube.

Do you know where the original footage is from? Is it uploaded by NASA directly?

I used to be an engineer for a major supplier of video equipment to NASA. NASA is using High definition cameras and recorders to record their video. In addition, the video is stored for processing on a hard drive system that occupies a large number of seven foot tall racks. Each frame of video consumes gigabytes. On my last trip there before leaving that company, I asked the guy in charge if he ever saw things in the video that could not be explained. His reply was "all the time".
