You might like:
They look a bit like trees, but its hard to get any real snse of scale from these photos, either way I have NEVER seen photos of anything like this from Mars before, I cant believe this kind of stuff hasnt been photographed before.
Either way it just goes to prove that Mars is far more interesting than the barren freezing wasteland that I was led to believe it is at school.
Im sure theres tons on bizarre things up there just waiting to be snapped, send another cool robot up NASA!!!!

It's funny I asked my 5 year old son what he saw in this picture... he said trees, snow, and the beach. Well even if it's not trees I think it's PAINFULLY obvious that mars has life of some kind.
It for sure are no trees and I find it a bloody shame this article is posted for over three times here on DTV.
Please look up another-dose-of-martian-awesome-t14351.html and maybe someone can combine the threads?
Good to see some of the old guys back here, like Jones and Snake, welcome back guys.

if these are trees and really i cant say for certain ,I wonder why they would be grouped so close together ..perhaps it could be a orchard of some sorts .and sure lets look outside the box and consider that the conditions on mars may not be hospitable to us but surely we are not the only intelligent life in the universe .perhaps they can withstand the extreme temperature changes or in fact may have technology to grow these crops on inhospitable(to humans) planets.
