Natural Selection Mutations Random or Plan?

Natural Selection states that mutations are random and that the accidental change over time enhances the species if beneficial to species whether plant or animal. I think this supposed random mutation is actually planed. It seems that a system as complex as DNA is too perfect to have any part of it random. What do you think?
This weeks episode of Cosmos covers this topic. Can't find a link on youtube :help:

DNA mutations ?

Not joking either.
Go to google Earth or google maps and type the lat/long
29.9792458 N, 31 8' 3.11" E

This takes you to the King's Chamber in the Great Pyramid

299,792,458 m/sec is speed of Light.

This is a coincidence?

Planed by "god "into matter itself..... Atoms evolving.... Life's sparkled on us as we speak from space and the entails of the earth....

Here alike other planets... Life appears spontaneously... And take the same shapes, in the same conditioning...

My "proof "...
Image not a rat
Image not a wolf
Image not a porcupine

All marsupials... ...doesn't mean the monkeys always take the winning edge.... And that wherever conditions are different from here life appears... Even in the deepest of space... (imo )
