Yeah you can wear that. They sell those patches at surplus stores and online.

When people ask I will tell them I serve with the New Earth Army but I'm sure some might get pissed.

It's a song, from the film "Alfie", I think Dionne Warwick sang it. I know loads of people that when asking "what's it all about?" add the "Alfie" bit on the end in a sort of homage to the film, even though I do it as well, and I ain't particularly interested in the film and don't think I've even seen it.

Not sure where Lucid is from, but it's a very Brit sense of humour/thing to do.
