I gotta agree with Mep here. I think us Canadians may have the most to worry about, and should be the ones to give the biggest shit. As almost one of the youngest Nations on Earth, with nearly a century of successful socialism and peacekeeping, we are the next logical runners in this relay.

At one point, this degree of apathy was foreign to our people. We used to be involved and proactive in our country, and dare say I, that we once had our own identity as a young peaceful well thought out people. Now, we're following this path of not caring, when everything we've built here is under threat of becoming someone else's. Because we're becoming the people who "don't give a shit".

Just sayin'...

This has nothing to do with being a mod, or setting an example. This is my personal belief system. I'm not asking anyone to agree, this is the way I think and feel. I don't speak for all canucks, I speak for me, and on an open forum I have this right. We all do. And you of all people Mep on here, should understand sometimes we say things that not all or any agree with. Deal with it. and don't pass judgement.
