I want to know when the first video was shot. I live near the new madrid fault line is and have felt the plates move two time in the past.I live a good safe distance from them but close enough to feel it a little bit

Has someone turned arpund and said, "I worked peronally with the HAARP institute and we were doing this and that, in fact here are some documents."

I believe a form of weather manipulation is happening, as some regions HAVE come out and said ti, im not sure HAARP has come out and said it though, if im wrong im open to documents, just a bit skeptical i feel things are happening more naturally, although this strange chemtrail thing im starting tot hink is happening, because there is a thin layer of cloud stopping the nightime stars coming through.

If you're suggesting the activation of the Madrid Fault, what are you basing it on? If it's just the strange cloud and the flight of birds you should remember that black birds move in large numbers all of the time. I live in the central US and I've seen the same thing several times but no earthquake. As a matter of fact just yesterday, thousands of black birds landed in my yard and today we have snow, but not as much as they had around us. That doesn't mean they warned of it but it could mean they could tell by the wind currents that the weather around them was getting bad. I'll bet they had bad weather in St. Louis to day.

The biggest fear for any speicies of bird are severe storms, especially ice storms. The second would be volcanic activity, i wouldn't put earthquakes towards the top of what birds fear, however they always know long before we do. BTW migrations of all sub-speicies of crow (ravens) do occur during the winter, especially during harsh winters. They will hang around urban areas due to the opprotunities of easy food access, like garbage and what not, and will seek safe wind blocking shelter, like abandoned buildings.
