The history of Iran is fascinating as well as the United States' attempt to prop up a secular democracy under the Shah, until the religious nuts took the country over. It would be no different then Jerry Falwell marching on Washington with an armed staff from Liberty University and taking over the states - for their dogma of "Jesus"!

I don't want anybody to bow down to us. I don't want to be attacked! I don't want to go to war at all. However, if we are to go to war, let us reap the spoils THIS TIME. Its customary to reap the spoils of war. I specifically said I didn't agree with going into their country just to rape their oil. However, if they start something, we need to fight AND leave with something THIS TIME. We don't think its a game. On the contrary, we think its a reality that we fight hard to keep out of America. Its not a conincidence that there's never been a war with foreigners held on U.S. soil. We try to be the "good" big brother that keeps countries like Iran and Korea at bay. You really don't want us to sit back and let "whatever happens happen." At that point we not only have to deal with tyrannical exstremists who will do anything to prove a point, but they'd also be nuclear armed. That is the worst thing in the WORLD. When an angry little subculture country like Iran has the power to make people listen and feels unlistened to. Do you want to see a world where Iran and Korea MAKE people listen to them?
