I think it would be cool to start seeing similar things happening elsewhere. Not to say people arn't meeting, but I think it is important for people to document and share some of what is going on around them. In addition to the EnergyXchangE events, Paradigm Shift has been having almost weekly meetings this entire summer that have taken place off camera.

What are some other peoples' experience with meeting like-minded people in your community? The Paradigm Shift community is something I started small almost 3 years ago.
