i still find that hard to believe unless it sumone taps into what produces rain some how only way i can think of then again im not a scientist or physicist

What's hard to believe? I'm guessing some of the electricity drives a dehumidifier, it's really not more complicated than that. But $600,000 (even over 20 years) is INSANELY overpriced...especially when you include maintenance, which is expensive on all of these larger wind generators.

This guy is just fishing for funding.
