I'm all for UFO's and i must admit ive seen loads of good candidates that you've submitted Pindz. This however looks like this:

I'm also of the opinion that just because the high altitude clouds are moving in one direction, doesn't necessarily mean the wind lower down wouldn't be moving the same direction. Ive just been outside my house. The clouds above are moving towards the north, they are moving quite fast, however it's very calm outside on the ground ,aside from a few random gusts of wind occasionally in all directions. I think there is a serious flaw in your logic with regards to the wind blowing. I am gonna run this through a couple of programs to see if i can find anything that would give a definitive answer though. Nothing like a challenge. :look:

how can you tell which way the wind is blowing?
yes,the camera moves,but the trees in the video don't.
i don't see any signs of the wind direction.

I can't believe it but I'm about to defend Pindz.
Simply put, to see the wind direction watch the clouds.
And no it doesn't look like the balloon pic above.
That's all I'm defending though. Object may have been added with cgi etc.
