A new law (actually a re-written one) being proposed by lawmakers at the US Capital would allow various government agencies access to your email, Facebook and Google posts.

Simple, if you have something "SPICY"" to say , use encryption.
SKEPTIC - One who instinctively or habitually doubts, questions, disagrees with assertions or generally accepted conclusions.
And tries to prove these assertions/claims with scientific facts.
