There really isn't enough steady footage to say what we are seeing.
One theory is that they are car head lights on the hill in the background. The blinking caused by trees along the hill side roadway. That's my guess too. He claimed to have video taped six minutes of it, but ignores requests to post the whole video. If it is a family hoax, I think
that would be sad...but like the boy in the home made weather balloon...anything's possible.
