No chemtrails in Canada today?

Anyone notice a complete lack of chemtrails in Toronto today?

I find that on holidays (today being Victoria Day in Canada), the skies are clear blue and completely devoid of chemtrails. Military personnel on holidays perhaps? Or just coincidence?

yes it was nice to see some blue skies in NY too.

but the other day was a major spray operation here.
