Now this crap is pisses me off! What the heck is goin on in this world? how come this crap will sitt in jail for only 21 years? I have an idea! i will go to live in norway and get some citizenship.... then i will make a bank robbery. Interesting, how long i will sitt in jail after that? if he got 21 years by killing 98 ppl, then i will get for the robbery one week? have to try that.
How is it that Norway's justice system could give Anders Behring Breivik, the worst mass murderer in the country's history, a maximum of 21 years in jail?
The sentence could also come with a possible weekend parole in seven years.
Norway has one of the lowest incarceration rates, with about 66 locked up for every 100,000 citizens.
It is a nation where offenders given the maximum term have the possibility of unsupervised weekend parole after 7 years, and released after just 14. Thus, only a few murderers get more than just 14 years.
A prisoner can also be locked up for five-year blocks on exceptional cases if authorities deem them highly dangerous.

It's true that a "normal" murderer can get out after about 14 years with good behaviour. 14 years is a long time in prison and people change. There are hardly any repeaters among those that are let loose except for a few hardened criminals/psycotics who will never change.
There is a loophole, namely "unspecified incerceration" which can be used on psychos and other criminals that are deemed to be a danger to society, no matter when they are released. This is esentially a life sentence.
Strange that they seem to only be going for the 21 years in Norway.

In Israel ppl getting up to 20 life imprisonments for murder. I never understood what is that mean, but the message is clear, you commit a murder, you will never get out of proson. And this is what i call a justice. I know a story of so called "justice" in russia, when a woman got 6 years in jail after she killed her baby by famishing, and a parralel story of a woman who got 8 years by murdering a pig!!!
TWENTY-FUCKING-ONE YEARS?!?! (just a way of expressing it...)
Don't you think that will be enough?
Do you really not believe that people can change?
Have you ever tried to think about your view one the world TWENTY-ONE YEARS ago?
If you even lived 21 years...
I wouldn't even murder 10.000 people for 21 years. If that sentence was made to make people think twice before they murder somebody, then in my opinion it's way beyond successful.
And if it was made to give people time to change their behaviour, then, still in my opinion, it gives them time to change, change back, change, change back and change again.
If I think back at my view on the world only 4 years ago, it is WAY different from how I see things now. Imagine what TWENTY-ONE years could do...
Edit:
You do realise that 21 years ago, we didn't even have computers, laptops, mobile phones, smartphones, widescreen televisions, glass-fiber networks, etc. etc. ...
The WHOLE WORLD changes in 21 years. And you can't believe 1 person can?
I'm sorry, but in my opinion, that is really pathetic.

You are right by saying that the world is changed in 21 years, and ppl are changing every minute... but... each case have it's own judjment, and i do not believe that person like him with masonic points of view will ever change his mind. Governments were murdering ppl for thausand of years and keep on murdering today, it's never changed, the ppl in gov' has been changed but not their ideas and world vision. By putting someone like this idiot in jail, where the violence is rulez, he will never change his mind, he will get out after 21 years and after few years he will murder again.
