In the first quatrain one could also view the 'two different ones' as relating to the flotilla disaster connected to those on the flotilla wishing there to be a Palestinian state. Rock = Dome of the Rock.

The British Monarchy

In 1999, Princess Diana told me ‘HE WILL BE THE PRINCE OF WALES BUT NOT THE KING OF ENGLAND’.

As Prince Charles was already Prince of Wales, I understood her to mean that William would be Prince but not King.

Nostradamus, also predicted that there would be a King for a short while and then he would go into exile.

Nostradamus also mentions one that sits on the golden throne. “A Germain Prince on the golden throne, the servitude and waters meet, the woman (Lady) serves, her time no longer adored. Peter Lorie didn't give a quatrain number for this quatrain to double check it.
