C9.83
Sun twentieth of Taurus the earth will tremble very mightily,
It will ruin the great theater filled:
To darken and trouble air, sky and land,
Then the infidel will call upon God and saints. [2]

Who was the infidel that called upon God and saints? Was it Obama when he read out Psalm 46 on 9/11? Or was it the people at the stadiums that collapsed, and where the plane crashes happened at the shows?

Nostradamus mentions the 'infidel' in the singular.

Let's see what Obama says today at the UN.

This is UN 'International Day of Peace'.

Translations of the original Nostradamus quatrains are highly contested, because he wrote in a highly symbolic, metaphoric, and even deliberately garbled language that mixed French, Latin, Hebrew, Greek and other dialects.
Since his death only the Prophecies have continued to be popular. Their popularity seems to be partly due to the fact that their vagueness and lack of dating make it easy to quote them selectively after every major dramatic event and retrospectively claim them as "hits".

The word 'infidel' is the key to the timeline. Had most people even heard of the word before now? No.

Nostradamus left a message for those that tried to understand his work. He even told astrologers to stay away. He predicted that one would come that would understand, he predicted the century in which they could come and the place. He predicted what they would wear, their day of rest, how they would write, what they would write about, what they had come to do, and the age they would be when their work would finish.

Incredible accuracy.
