Guess the old 3G iphones have this spy tech in them aswell, heard it was the 4G but Brian Gerrish told me they can track you whatever mobile you have also the phone could be used as a bugging device unless the battery is removed.

Going underground and being "free" of course has its romantic associations... and if you can truly afford to ALWAYS be free of the system, then it is in its way it's own heaven. But for those who don't get quite that successful.. It's like shooting yourself in the foot.
i ask because of the way you frame it here.
But for those who don't get quite that successful
by this your saying 'successful' as having enough money to fall off the grid and live with no worries?
by the guidelines set by my gov't,i live in poverty.
by the guidelines set by me...i'm the wealthiest man alive.
i'm a simple man with simple needs.
and i don't need anything because i don't want anything

i am responsible for my own words, act and deeds

This Violates Espionage laws, it also violates "innocence before guilt"
these devices are not sold for those intents or purposes, so you can also sue in violation of false advertising, and an invasion of personal privacy...
but now since class action lawsuits are abolished down to personal action lawsuits, this will be a very hard case to win against a 6 possibly 7 figure income lawyer against your 4 or low 5 figure lawyer.
anyone charged with speeding because of this device should fight it based on those very important laws.

Soon everyone will be forced to write their own open source software when you buy a device.
Many people do so now.
Damn government wants even in our toasters.
Its repulsive that they crave for TOTAL control.

SKEPTIC - One who instinctively or habitually doubts, questions, disagrees with assertions or generally accepted conclusions. And tries to prove these assertions/claims with scientific facts.
