You know what, that is fucking weird. A friend of mine works for the National Health Service in Britain. He is an operations manager. He told me about a 'scenarios' meeting that was held recently with other emergency departments in attendance; and in the meeting, the main topic were burn victims, and how to handle them on mass. He told me he thought it was to do with the Olympics, and terrorism, because the Hospital he works in is situated next to an Olympic venue.

My thoughts exactly.

I mean, the NYFD is one of the oldest fire departments in the US. I THINK they know how to fight a fire.

This reeked of other things, but that's my bad for thinking.
