Barack Obama has announced through his attorney that he will boycott the administrative hearings scheduled tomorrow in Georgia to review evidence of whether he legitimately is a candidate for the presidency, prompting an attorney for one set of the plaintiffs to describe the nation's commander-in-chief as acting like a "5-year-old brat." by Bob Unruh

If Obama was legit there would't be any doubt, the birth certificate would have been public and proven authentic long ago.
Face what you think you believe and you will be surprised.

Obama is finished. Therefore, so is everything he enacted while in office.

There's no way a sitting president would show up for any court proceeding, especially not for a subject that even the House and Senate refuse to pursue.
It's the Senate that needs to be held accountable for allowing Obama to run for office. But that's too difficult, so birthers rely on one day in court to finally argue their case, and guess what? It still won't matter, Georgia will never keep Obama off the ballot. Birthers actually think that Georgia, with the 4th highest percentage of blacks, will keep the first black president off the ballot? That's crazy talk. People thought the Rodney King riots were bad...Atlanta will be a disaster area.
This judge will be blasted, as well as all the birthers again, and Obama will get a bump in the polls due to white guilt. It's better to defeat the man and everything he stands for, than take him out on a technicality.
That's my opinion, and I'm a birther.
