Well, he already has dual citizenship, he's used to it :lol:

Chief of Staff, according to wikipedia, is also known as "The Gatekeeper", "The Power Behind the Throne", and "The Co-President". It doesn't seem like something you can do part-time.

He might resign as Major of Chicago (how long has he been on the post? 4 months?). In this case, does a deputy takes office for the rest of the mandate or do they call new elections?
