Who cares at this point, but interesting none the less.

White House released correspondence with the Hawaiian State Department of Health that details, specifically and without any doubt, that Obama's long form birth certificate was:

a) computer generated
b) released in a privileged manner

The White House correspondence with the State of Hawaii Department of Health can be downloaded as a PDF, directly from the White House website, http://www.whitehouse.gov/sites/default/files/rss_viewer/birth-certificate-correspondence.pdf.

In particular, on page 4 of the PDF as written by Director of Health, Loretta J. Fuddy:

"Through that authority [as Director of Health], in recognition of your status as President of the United States, I am making an exception to current departmental policy which is to issue a computer-generated certified copy."
