Obelisks mind control.

I live accross the road from here,thats the old mills now they are flats.Look at the size of these two obelisks,the building in front of the obelisk that you can see the whole of is at least 100 feet high,its four story block of apartments now. When the obelisks were there it was a very poor area,im sure they used them in some sort of mind control,damp down peoples will or something.Slow moving electromagnetic pulse.I believe churcg bells and towesr are used in similar way to control masses,but they have moved on to harrp,the bells and towers are old tech,just as they replaced the obelisks,harrp has replaced them.
