Object photographed in the Martian sky????

This was posted by DTV member Othernews in the video section. Great find and deserves an airing in this forum for comments and theories. I find it fascinating that when we get a video like this, it seems to get overlooked. If this is a real representation of what was found in the picture taken by the rover and not a spot on the camera then it seems to me that this could be a smoking gun.

Cosmic ray? comet? Asteroid?

Look just to the left a faded line/beam. As the image is zoomed.

Hundreds of such postings on another thread. What type of camera shot this? Perhaps it is the first cosmic ray or proton caught from ...cough"Mars"

Not trolling just posting my opinion. [which aint worth a shit here] but an opinion none the less. Just that this "missile" seems to be all alone does not exclude above explanation. It very well may be a..UFO or another object other than above. But the faded "shadow line" and what is present clearly visible looks to me what I have seen hundreds of times. I hope that I am wrong.
