Officer beating 66-year-old man suffering from dementia

The cop tried to say he was assulted and thought the man had a knife. He also thought he turned the video off (hmmm...why would he do that?) but the police were able to extract the video from the dash cam

On top of that another officer tazers the man while he is being beat up...

the policeman got a written reprimand for switching of the dash cam,

And the victim is convicted of assaulting the police officer.
There is something very wrong in this world,
when this sort of thing can happen :top:
