It has to do with an atmospheric optical phenomenon
A dusk rocket launch from Vandenberg AFB on September 22 created an impressive display that was seen across a wide area. Astronomy author and photographer Dennis Mammana took this image during the third stage burn. In addition to the third stage exhaust plume (left), the photo also shows the trail from the second stage (right) and the break in the trail from stage 2/3 separation. The Minotaur rocket successfully placed the Streak satellite into orbit for the Defense Department.

People keep telling me that the second one is a military rocket test.
But its filmed over a populated area, they dont test fire missles over populated areas.
They have test ranges for that type of stuff dont they.

Why are they moving so slowing yet maintaining elevation?
And why do the trails remain so bright so much longer after its disappeared.
The sun doesnt cut it. You'll see in this vid mid way through the guy records the glow of the trails 4-5 different times. The last time its pitch dark out yet the trail is still luminous....

Possible, but why havent we seen these on the science channel or military channel before....You'd imagine SOMEONE would have covered this cool method...

The first one was merely interesting. I always abhor black videos with little to no light source or reference. But not bad.
But the second one....
That is not a rocket. Sorry about that supposition.
If it was a rocket, then the white object exiting from the gas cloud would still maintain a gas plume behind it.
It does not.
It clearly has a completely empty space between it and the exit point. Also, the size of the final gas plume you can see is considerably larger than the final object, which, if it in fact was a burn out would still maintain trace plume.

Is it a wormhole? Not sure, there is no clear cut evidence for a gravimetric field distortion of the entirety of the plume trace.
Is it a rocket? Absolutely not.
So what is it?
Definitely an anomaly worth further dissecting.
