Worth watching Dom.
Of course Oliver Stone does not go to deep down the rabbit hole.
If he did he would never get this show on to the TV.
He must walk a fine line between what he can reveal and what can get him into serious shit.
If you watch and listen carefully he does step on some controversial issues.
Like his statement that the cold war and the communist witch hunts of the 50's, 60's and 70's were just the establishment manipulating the public.
It was never soviet aggression that started the cold war it was American imperialism.
Many Americans may not agree with this, its ok you were mind fucked by your government to hate the commies. Wouldn't be the first time(or the last) an enemy was invented to manipulate the minds of the many.

Thanks for posting these Noentry I really don't think I would have seen them at all if you hadn't have.
Really good documentary, I've watched up to the 5th episode so far and it's interesting stuff, it reminds me of the style of Jesse Ventura's Conpiracy Theory in that it doesn't go into nearly enough detail in each situation, I think it's the time limitations as much as anything, it's been squeezed into an hour so I've found myself distracted for a minute or two and having to go back ten minutes to understand what he's talking about at times... it also failed to emphasise enough the lengths the US went to in order to instigate a war with Japan through economic means, it was a little less blatant in WW1 with sending a passenger ship filled with weapons across the Atlantic, telling the Germans all about it, and then screaming to the heavens how evil the Germans were when they sank it...
But I'm being too critical by far, I really have appreciated the programme in that it made me realise that in reality the USA, Russia and Great Britain were pretty much as bad as each-other, and that any major power would act this way, increasing in its brutality exponentially only limited by the technology which it has and the resources in which to fund the mechanisms, which is why I feel the US is so bad today, being the only one left of the big three with any real influence over the world, in competition with an equally brutal China.
Looking forward to seeing more anyway.
