What exactly is the message? One day of not spending is miniscule. People would have to stop paying taxes and avoid spending for weeks in order for it to be felt. Self-sufficient communities with localized economies and a barter system would have to be established in order for the PTB to believe that this is not just a fad.

I understand that people are angry but there is no plan of action. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for demonstrating... but with a plan of action. You don't want the solution that the PTB are going to provide so the people need to provide it for themselves.

The antithesis of globalization is localization. That is the real solution.
