same here, iam using contact lenses and can see perfectly or can I?

I always thought 20/20 vision was the optimal, but its seems thats just a standard of good vision to measure by. In the report its says 20 / 20 vision is the best most people can expect so some people must have better than 20/20 vision?

It would be great if it was as cheap and easy as Fred Hollows corrective eye surgery, at about $5 and operations done pretty much anywhere.

I read about this a while back.
From memory it was developed in the military. For snipers. They can also give you better night vision. If I can retrace the article. I'll post it.

The question is though. With christmas coming up and guests and all coming over. Do you really want to see Aunt Carols mustache, that much clearer?
